Layer Section (RayForce/ Galactic Attack/Gun-Lock) review for the Sega Saturn
I grew up on RayStorm, RayForce is the prequel released in 1995 by
.
RayForce is the best of the three.
RayStorm is the second best.
RayCrisis is also an okay game, but RayStorm looks nicer.
This game has a full screen "vertical arcade mode".
Check the How to.. section of this site for instructions on how to succesfully rotate your monitor.
This game has o.k. graphics; a lot of different nice effetcs are used throughout.
Tip* due to the absence of a controller buttons set-up option one might wanna put a toothpick in button A or C.
An unwelcome absence in this game is the absence of a smart-bomb,........."Oh no what can we do in those damn tight azz situations?".
There's nice rearranged music.
