Man I'm glad I finally found this game.
This game is wild and has no slowdown.
It reminds a little of Sonic Wings, only everything here is bigger. Not the bosses though, they aren't that big.
There is an adequate amount of weapons. Even the Smart bombs vary.
The "Plus" in the title is for the Arrange version.
This version however can only be played with your tv horizontal. No worries though as it only seems to be the addition of cutscenes between levels.

The graphics are good and big and in-your-face.
There's fast scrolling and even scaling in level one.

Excellent music.
Very groovy nice sounding tracks.
Siound effects are ok too.
Unfortunetly there unlimited continues in this game. a baby can complete this game on VERY HARD.
In order to play you need to insert a coin....oh wait this is the Saturn review right?...,but seriously you really need to because with every push on the shoulder R button you get a credit.
A shame really the way they didn't limited the use of credits.
