Zasalamel Cosplay- accessories

These were some of the accessories that were made for the cosplay project.

The medallion was made in 4 layers... after laying down a thin sheet of sculpey over the curved piece of wood I earlier cut and shaped, I crosshatched the whole thing, tossed it in the oven, sanded it smooth, then laid down and carefully cut a second layer down for the first level of raised areas. repeated the bakin, then did the third layer. The scales on the ouroboros was done by cutting the end of a coffee stirrer in half and impressing the shape of the scales in.
The chain was picked up at the local Walmart, cut in half, and glued to the back of the medallion. The necklace actually doesn't go all the way around of the neck, but is latched on to the front of the cosplay gear, to prevent getting choked out by the weight of the medalion.
