Hi guys! been in the middle of a move, but I wanted to let y’all know that I’ve responded to all the inquiries that have been sent!

In the meantime, heres whats been going on!

• Moving! which means that family is here, and we’re moving a ton of things to the new house! The last of the stuff and the wood shop will be moved once current prop contracts are completed!
• Currently I have a Fireseal sword, a pair of swords  from the series “Fate/Stay Night”, and a prop of Demyx’s Sitar on the slate. I’ll be reworking the neck of the sitar because the current neck was thinner that I would have liked it to be!
• I’ll be creating a form for inquiries over this next month, so that’ll hopefully prevent dumped/spam marked emails!

Though I should be happy that google put this site within the first 4 pages of results when searching for “cosplay props” (on the first page for “custom cosplay props” o.O) the end result is a ever growing stockpile of inquiries, and its a bit overwhelming!

Rest assured, I’m working through these emails (mainly in the order that I receive them!)

In the meantime, To the right is a general calendar which loosely shows the open and busy times ahead, to give y’all a loose idea of the shape of the propmaking schedule!

Red is booked out, white is s\open for possible propmaking time!… if I can squeeze a lil’ propwork time into the ol’ red days, I probably would, but theres no guarantees there!

So the convention block is over, save one lil’ con this coming weekend, things will be back up and running in the ol’ shop by the end of the week! Here’s a quickie update on the fireseal WIP…

I still gotta make the innards for the seals (hee I’m making one for myself too because Sol’s sword is -that- cool hellfrakyeah ), as well as replace the placeholder used sock for an actual sexxy handle (the handles rough cut at the moment, and the sock made it eaiser to hold w/o maiming folks with splinters)
I’m also aiming to replace the placeholder bit o’ wood with sheet metal, if all things go well and mah drill bits don’t grind n die on the stuff XD

Built the outer casing the for the Fireseals today, though i *just* spotted a lil bit that i’m goin to go back and tweak. The inner components still need to be built though.

Here’s a test run to make sure the fit is right on the blade, and to make sure the thing can indeed open.

I’m still trying to juggle research for all the prop inquiries that had come in, but its really kicking my butt!

As some may have noticed the lil’ footer on the bottom of all the pages, this here site is still a big work in progress! Here’s a list of things that still need to be done to get this all running nice -n- smooth!

• Create nice & shiny prop contract for folks! Apologies to those who I haven’t sent them to yet! I’m still working on it!
• Make a prop inquiry form, to make things smoother for me. Many inquiries are folks sending in “I want this, gimme a quote”, and it all becomes really messy really quick, because I then have to ask them all the other things that are necessary to research and keep in order, that are covered in the “requesting a quote” section. *hairpull*
• Maybe an email specifically for this site.. lost a couple inquiries in the netherregions of the email!
