After remaining dormant for 30 millenia, the ancient terraforming system was awakened from its slumber after analyzing the physiology of a hapless lifeform that stumbled into it. 2 miles in diameter and maintaing an altitude several miles above the planet surface, Boreas and its weather altering drones instill fear & reverence from the technologically inferior society below...
